This hotel is very near to convenience stores and higashimikunie station, although the elevator is still being constructed at this time of my writing. also near to shin osaka station where you can ride jr haruka going to and from kansai airport. the staff are also very friend friendly. Breakfast is good (6:30-9am) but can food can feel very repeating sometimes. Overall, we had a great time staying here

i love the location because its near to jr shinkansen station. roughly 10 min slow walk. there is also 7/11, family mart on the righy side of the bldg around 2 min. and a budget bento box meals from kitchen origin on the left. staff are super friendly. amenities- worth the price plus warm breakfast meals
