We had a really nice time staying in Aurora Central Hotel! The staff are nice and very caring. Especially Zoe. She did extra mile in assisting us. I was a bit sick and she noticed I was coughing while having my breakfast then she came up to me with a cup of hot ginger tea. So thoughtful. She's an asset to the hotel. We'll surely book this hotel again.

Nice hotel, good rooms ,close to market and lake, and n best Bánh Mì shop 1 min walk away. the staff all make the guest feel good , are ready to help any time , my hotel room was at Aurora central and I checked in early the reception(i missed her name)not just upgraded the room to Aurora premium and gave us early check in , Moon was very nice to our family and all guest. Taking happy memories from Hanoi.
