Kids friendly hotel. Best - room theme and space Room is well equipped Waterpark The sunrise! The many animals in the hotel compound. Kids love it. The private beach. Very lovely Cons/ can be impoved: - lack of welcoming vibe/ tourism vibe from the staff. - Maintenance needed, especially entrance. - Cleanliness - Porter takes so long to deliver bag. Dont think it is. 4 star hotel, but yess so much potential. If i could suggest, menu for the breakfast spread or even ala carte should infuse with local terengganu authentic menu as well. Couldnt find anything local from the menu. Btw price is reasonable. Other note : IMO, not really OKU friendly. Advisable for elderly, or OKU to inquire which room to book for easier access prior booking. No elevator, too many stairs. overall i hD a pleasant stay.
