This property was nothing like the pictures, when we pulled up outside I couldn’t believe it, we thought ok we’re here now, lets go in and check in, the lady on reception was lovely to be fair and I felt a bit sorry for her as I’m sure we weren’t the first to look disappointed. We went to our room and looked around, the first thing my partner saw was the white towels on the bed that had gone grey, we left our stuff and went out for a coffee, at which point we both said we need to book somewhere else, I had a look on my phone and booked the place I’d stayed in the year before, we made our excuses and left.

The staff is super nice. The problem is we paid for the nicest room, yet the toilet made these terrible noises through the night. Seemed like a plumbing reaction when another room used the bathroom. We couldn’t sleep the entire time we were there because we would get woken up by the plumbing noise. For the price, it wasn’t worth it.

Fantastic

Stayed with family · For leisure

Absolutely loved our stay here and just wish we could have stayed longer. All the staff were always on hand to help make our stay very special. It was on a quiet street but within walking distance to everything within the city walls. Only 10mins from the airport. Great stay, thank you.
