overall is good, the location nearby is Dongmen, walkable estimate 7-8min. The hotel room inside is clean, but seem like old already. The room is little bit small. Friendly to couple, family.

The lift abit rundown, booked the biggest room, but the room is just opposite the lift, it was noisy in the morning. room is clean. there is laundary room on the 13th floor, but you need to get down at 12 floor and climb up 1 floor for their laundry room. breakfast is so so not worth the price to be honest.

CYBO Hotel is located between Laojie and Hubei stations of the Shenzhen Metro, we find the Laojie station as a more convenient since part of the underground access are under construction at the time of stay. Upon check in, staff were very helpful and we were given 4 vouchers for free coffee/teas which were a treat. the room was spacious and equipped with electronic controls from the curtain to the toilet, we enjoyed the Dyson-like hairdryer. the breakfast buffet was good, though it requires you to use the stairs since it is located a floor higher from the last elevator access. Would recommend and return to this hotel when we get to visit Shenzhen again.

Location is very good as it’s walking distance to Dongmen Walking Street and eateries everywhere. The room is high tech too, bonus free mini bar and one free cup of coffee :)
