Good location, 5 min walk to bus stops, subway, and the shopping malls, 2 min walk to Fresco. Friendly stuff. hotel is nice and clean, good room size.

highly recommend. nice spacious clean. everything is provided and even has a gym. central location. very nice showers and bathroom. will definitely repeat. very good location. Fast internet and laundry machines in the property.

Quite roomy for middle of Kyoto. Be aware there is no breakfast it's just a simple room to stay in. Loved the self service luggage storage which we made use of after checking out before heading onwards.
