breakfast: no breakfast included. cleanliness: room was clean, spacious and affordable at key location in old quarter. transport access: It is near from hanoi main road, all the buses for trip such as Ninh bihn and halong bay even public transport is within 200meters. hotel location: Hotel is perfect loaction in old quarter of hanoi . most of the famous food places are near by where you can go by walk . service: receptionist was friendly and helpful. room service provided by staff is best..

Great service and very accomodating thanks to Miss Mei and Miss Bella. Clean hotel they will give you water each day of your stay. Super close to everything pharmacy, restaurants and bars. Just walking distance to all tourist spots, only 2minutes walk if you're planning to go Old Quarter. Thank you Queen Cafe hotel and Pub

The room is nice and clean. The staff ladies are kind and helpful. You can leave your luggages before and after check in/out. So it is very helpful if you want to explore Hanoi while waiting for your night flight. It's just that there are no windows, so you have to check your watch often to make sure it's already afternoon or not, esp if you have an agenda. Overall, very recommended.

If you want to feel the night life and bustling streets of Hanoi, then this hotel for you. I think this is near beer street as there are many pubs and clubs for you to enjoy. The owner and reception are also approachable and helpful and we appreciate that. 😊 This hotel is also near Hoan Kiem Lake, and slightly far from the St. Joseph Cathedral but walkable. As for the room, the accomodation is okay. The airconditioner is working, the bed is wide for two people. The bathroom is equipped with cold/hot shower. There are also complementary coffee and water waiting in the room. The hotel also has a small elevator, convenient for people with heavy luggage. Recommended!
