Great
Great location and easy check in. Everything was perfect minus the weird smell of bathroom (perhaps cleaned with old rags). The beds were comfortable and there was just enough space. Really enjoyed this stay

No forward luggaging, bed was uncomfortable you could feel the bed springs, and no laundry room. Had air conditioning so that was nice

Perfect location, nice room and amenities. Check in over a video chat wasn't that bad.

It was self check in system but very confused!!!! The touch screen wasn’t easy to use and open the room key box was difficult to open. It took long time to check in. The room was very clean but if I have to do this check in process again I will pick other hotels!

This place is beyond beautiful. I loved everything about it. The simplicity and elegance is reproach.

Brilliant location and the room was ok in the main. Check in was very difficult, the room was very hot and worst of all, the mattress was really uncomfortable. We could feel almost all the springs. Not happy

Everything about this hotel was cute and the location is amazing. Downside was the check in process. I thought their google drive instructions were clear but when actually confirming all your guests on the screen, it doesn’t let us confirm but just go automatically to calling. I almost thought I did something wrong, but I guess it just prompts the next screen and they want you to verbally confirm you got the key. The calling part threw my friends off who were also checking in and caused some delays. Other than that, great location to everything in Kamakura.

The only issue I had with the stay was checking in. The hotel does not have a front desk and so a self check in is required. The system was not working properly and the hotel faculty was slow in responding. We did not get to check in until 2hrs later. The facility was excellent though.

The parking was hard to find and they only seem to have one free space each day - we were lucky. Very confusing directions for that and the self check-in. Otherwise it was fine, in a good location, comfortable beds. If they can improve those points it's a lovely central place to stay in Kamakura. No view but we were out anyway!

Fantastic

Solo stay · For leisure

Check in was no problem and the facilities were all new and clean. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the first night on arrival, the pillows were a little damp smelling, perhaps the room hadn’t been aired since the last guests or a problem during cleaning as it’s difficult during the humid months in Japan. This was the only minor thing I found, everything else was very clean, comfortable and the hotel itself very convenient. I’d happily return in the future
