Check in process was very labor intensive (needed passports uploaded plus a different link with our confirmation number). So we arrive not knowing we didn’t get our door code for entry. Irritated but ok. We went next door to have wine and complete our process thinking once we get our entrance code we can drop off bags and meet our friends, only to find out that the place was not cleaned. Dirty towels, bed, toilet, etc. we had to quickly book another place, walk over, and were very late to meet our friends. Customer service only available by phone so had to incur international charges for those calls, plus the first lady was incredibly rude. DONT GO HERE! Expedia should drop this place as an option!!

Property was filthy. Spacious but very hot in there. Lights did not work. Awful demands and ID checks before check in- total lack of convenience and huge security deposit requested after booking. Dangerous stairs. Windows open to a restaurant vent so either boil or get the smell of grease blasting in your room. Just awful and absolutely NOT what was advertised. They even go as far as to tell you not to dry your face with the towel if you have been wearing make up yet can’t be bothered to wash the stains off the walls ready for your stay.
