Excellent location, airport bus very near to the hotel. Luggage storage lockers available before check in, keeps your luggage safe and secure. Check in and check out was a breeze, during check out staff even offer services such as taxi, wayfinding if you need. Room was very clean and compact. CU convenience store and WOWpass machine were at the 1st level, which is super convenient. Would definitely stay here again!

Can sign up anytime with free welcome gift. very convenient, near 10 minutes walk to Myeongdong area, near airport bus stop, near pick up point of klook tour, near various restaurants and convenience store. This Japanese-style hotel was conveniently located near City Hall subway station - just walk towards Namdaemun (Sungnyemun Gate). The staff kindly assisted me with both check-in and check-out. The room featured a nice bidet, and the toilet was separated from the shower and bathtub. The room was generous in size and offered a pleasant nighttime city view of Seoul. However, I believe there are more affordable options available in Seoul.

breakfast: the breakfast is good. combination of Japanese, Korean, and Continental breakfast. hotel location: along sejong-ro heading toward gyeongbokgung palace. also near deoksugung palace which we just walked to (much better palace to explore btw). Near namdaemun market. transport access: There's a bus stop in front of Holly's coffee taking you to Myeongdong (1 stop away). Subway stations (green and blue line) are also near. Airport bus is in Namdaemun market just beside the hotel 2-3 minute walk. just use naver maps. cleanliness: good service: very polite and attentive staff, rooms has smart tv

Hotel Gracery Seoul is conveniently located near the train station exit and just a 7-minute walk to Myeongdong food street. The staff is amazing and very helpful. We initially booked a superior room, which is typical in size for Korea, but felt a bit tight for three people with large luggage. The staff promptly upgraded us to a more spacious room. The facilities are adequate, and the cleanliness is excellent. The buffet breakfast was also a highlight with a wide variety of options. Highly recommended for a comfortable and convenient stay in Seoul.
