Definitely not for disabled customers with walking problems due to lack of parking. Staff are rude didn’t use any facilities glad we were only there a night.

Can’t fault the lovely receptionists - very helpful
Perfect location but in dire need of an upgrade if the £200 b&b rate remain. Room was not clean and the mean towel rationing ridiculous. The soaps / shampoos clearly diluted to cut costs too. I’d rather pay half the rate & bring my own gear.
Close off half the rooms & refurb them and then the other half and the location itself would bring us all back but not until then - such a shame 😟

Very tired. Absolutely not 4*. Poor food a sandwich that literally would have cost 50p to make charged at £7.50. Private car park but they want £15/night to use it. Need to check themselves out for the amount of money they charge.

We had a lovely room on the 3rd floor but it was very hot as a result of the recent high temperatures. This made sleep difficult until the early hours of the morning when the weather cooled. All the staff we encountered were great - very helpful, pleasant and cheerful. Breakfast was standard but absolutely no complaints. It is a very old property but some way of keeping the upper rooms cooler in high summer temperatures would be a major improvement.. perhaps by increasing the roof insulation
