My 2nd stay at this hotel. The front desk staff was very accommodating to my request. The rooms were clean & had a nice view from the balcony. The breakfast spread was awesome. There are small fees for the shuttle service. Recommended!!

had a pleasant stay. room was good. view was excellent,although the balcony a little bit dirty, and got dog noise at 12am,a part of that,the experience was very enjoyable.

Highly recommended for all non-gaming visitors to Genting Highlands. Ion Majestic is one of four hotels in the same building, each has its own lobby -- see photos. All have access to Hoverland and Hard Rock.

The service is very good. You can sit in lobby and wait for staff to do check in and bring the key to you. We booked two nights,Free breakfast and get extra a Free dinner for 2.
The room is great, clean, Cloud scenery. Especially Bathroom have change to steam room.
Get the Free gifts in room and check out.
We will come again on next time.
