location is really good. But Klook really needs to improve with regards to the Tourism Tax. I was initially charged a second time at the hotel counter for the Tourism Tax, bcos other platforms like Agoda have a separate pdf which specifies that the Tourism Tax has been paid. However, Klook’s Tourism Tax statement is in small print inside the main document, making it more difficult for the hotel to recognise.

Our 4D3N stay at Lexis Suites Penang was truly memorable! The executive pool suite was clean, cozy, and the private pool made the experience even more special. The breakfast buffet had a great spread, and all the staff were polite and attentive. The sea view from the balcony was beautiful, especially during sunset. Highly recommended for couples or family trips - will surely come back again!
cleanliness: The room was super clean and well-maintained! The private pool and bathroom were spotless, and the housekeeping team did an amazing job every day. Really satisfied with the cleanliness and overall stay.♥️
