Can I still take the train if I lost my ID document?
- For Mainland China ID card holders, go to a police office near a station to get a temporary ID card by presenting an alternative ID (e.g. driver's license). You can board the train with the temporary ID.
- For other ID document holders, you won't be able to take the train. Therefore, you should ask for a refund at the stations immediately.
