What is the boarding process when departing from West Kowloon Station in Hong Kong?
- Go to self-service gate or ask for assistance at the counter at Ticketing Concourse on the B1 floor for identification and ticket verification.
- You will need to go through a security check before boarding. Go through immigration process at Departure Concourse on the B3 floor.
- Scan your ID document and board the train on the B3 floor. Boarding gates open 15 minutes before departure and close 5 minutes before departure.
- When you arrive at the Mainland station, scan your ID document and exit the gate.
