Excellent day tour! Everything was well organized from start to finish. The guide was very friendly, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly in English. The bus was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. We also received complimentary bottled water, which was a thoughtful touch. The itinerary was well planned, and we had enough time to enjoy both Batu Caves and Genting Highlands. The transfer was smooth and punctual. we were picked up from our hotel in a van and taken to Berjaya Times Square to wait for our tour bus. our tour guide Charlie and bus driver Robert were very nice. there was plenty of time to make your way up and down the batu caves, even at a slow pace and taking a long break at the top.. the morning session was good, it wasn’t that hot when we got there, but started getting very hot as we were leaving. there were nice eateries available nearby, with nice snacks (and meals if you want a bigger meal). the batik factory was ok. it was short, but it was ok. Charlie was great in giving us information about batu caves and the suburbs outside of KL.
