Highly recommend this hot air balloon experience! 🎈
We even had the chance to take photos inside the hot air balloon and help pack it away after the flight, which made the experience even more memorable. The pilot was very experienced, friendly, and shared lots of interesting information throughout the journey.
Our package also included a delicious breakfast at the Sheraton Grand Hotel. They even dropped us off there after the flight and kindly helped us book a Grab back to our hotel.
It was a wonderful and well-organised experience from start to finish. Definitely worth it!

This was truly an excellent flight experience. The weather was perfect, and our pilot, Scarlett, though young, was very experienced, making for a flawless flight! From the hot air balloon, we had a bird's-eye view of the entire wine region, and watching the sunrise from the balloon was simply wonderful! We also want to thank Maggie, the staff member who greeted us; she was young, energetic, very nice, and helpful.

One of the most magnificent views we saw in our lives. The experience itself was satisfying. The balloon pilot Sam was knowledgeable and hospitable. He and his coworkers took care of us well. Awesome trip and highly recommended!

Had an amazing time and a perfect birthday celebration for a friend. Surprisingly there isn't much crowd on a weekend and the pilot did an amazing job with the take off and landing they were so smooth. Got to see the Sydney's beautiful skyline and God's creation of the ocean surrounding the city. The seating arrangements however is decided by the pilot as they need to weigh and balance the air craft based on passengers body weight. Overall we had a blast.
