Enjoyed our stay here. Concierge was great. Just a bit disappointed by housekeeping because our CR was not cleaned and toiletries not refilled.

Very good service, very convenient, close to the airport. There is a shuttle service to the airport. Suitable for people who are traveling.

The room is clean, the staff is very good, the Japanese restaurant in the hotel is delicious, convenient to travel to the airport.

I stay this hotel as it convenient to go airport on the next day flying. Surprisingly the hotel is good, though looks old but overall from check in till check out everything was good. Staff is so nice smiling, offering help to carry luagage. Special mention on breakfast buffet is amazing, though is just a 4star hotel but the variety of food, and place is so spacious. Thanks for the excellent care. Room amenities is complete, almost no need to bring anything just your ownself to enjoy the stay.
