It was a wonderful half day trip. The tour operator was communicative, and the guide/driver Gaspar, reached out in advance to coordinate the pick up time. Tour group was a small cosy size, travelling quite comfortably in a MPV. Gaspar was friendly, knowledgeable, and shared fascinating insights about Spain’s history and Montserrat throughout the journey. He took us on a scenic route to showcase the different sides of Montserrat and explained its unique geological formations. Gaspar also guided us through the Basilica, home to the Black Madonna. Frm there, we had some free and easy time to explore the area. Overall, tour was well paced and organised, and Gaspar always provided clear instructions and was always punctual. It was a memorable and enjoyable trip.

Very wonderful experience! Our tour guide, Marc, was highly knowledgeable and overall a fun guide! He gave a very detailed explanation of Montserrat history and Catalan Culture in general. I learned many new things on this trip! The coach bus ride to Montserrat was great, we were lucky there was no traffic and the seats were comfy. The view of Montserrat is jaw dropping! Do be prepared to go for a little hike to get the best views by Creu de Sant Miquel, if you’re afraid of heights, good luck! This experience was unforgettable, I highly recommend booking!

This day tour was fantastic! Highly recommend taking it. it starts early at 7:30 am and you back by 8pm in the evening . Full day of fun exploring three cities close to Barcelona and each of them are spectacular. The only hiccup was a delay in pickup by half hour due to some technical issues (Isn’t normal with them). The guide Miguel was a sweetheart. He had an amazing sense of humor, kept us entertained with witty banters and safe driver ( Boss please tell his wife ) . I would recommend to ask for this gentleman on day trips; it’s worth every single penny.

Joining a tour group is convenient, but there's only one cable car available. Additionally, if you wish to attend the choir performance, it's not included, and you can only listen from outside.

Getting the train ticket and entry to basiclla is a breeze. Great directions. Easy to locate in Barcelona and Montserrat. Departed within minutes of schedule. Very informative on trips and on site. Guides gave good advise on how to effectively use free time at the site. Nice bus and smooth driver. Shout out to Guides Roberto and Nineo (sp?) Half day was great as it still allowed time to do some adventures in Barcelona. Definitely recommend this tour. Read more about - Montserrat Monastery Half Day Experience from Barcelona
