hotel location: not easy to find but surrounded by lots of food, hard to get parking cleanliness: goooooood but its good if disposable slipper is provided in room breakfast: no breakfast provided

location is really good. But Klook really needs to improve with regards to the Tourism Tax. I was initially charged a second time at the hotel counter for the Tourism Tax, bcos other platforms like Agoda have a separate pdf which specifies that the Tourism Tax has been paid. However, Klook’s Tourism Tax statement is in small print inside the main document, making it more difficult for the hotel to recognise.

staff very polite and friendly. shower is strong and so is wifi signal. although not in the thick of town, it is totally walkable to street arts and the Blue Mansion etc. many food choices at breakfast but equally plenty of choices for breakfast outside. room has nice sea view

had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were very good — friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile named Sutharsan, Yaseen, and Ilya. The service made my experience much better. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Just a few small improvements could make it perfect, but overall, I was very satisfied and would definitely stay here again.

Love the room and the staff at the reception was exceptional! Room was spacious and comfy. We didn't the breakfast option and this hotel was near to everything we wanted to eat!! Will recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel location was very central and easy to walk to and from destinations. There are many food choices around the area. The service of the staff was impeccable, especially during breakfast. They had custom daily noodle station, egg and toast station. This personalized service reflected the hotels star rating. Not only did the make the food for you, but also served it to your table. Therefore you could start eating or look around for more food at the buffet. There wasn't much of a view from our room as there was construction next door. We noticed there laundry mat. I enjoyed the middle pool section. When every I walked through the hallway I would see the clean sparkling blue pool. This motivated me to use the pool twice during my short stay.

Great View and Great Place. Clean and well kept. Had a good stay and parking is really easy!

I'm having such a good time here. Will comeback for next visit . Very vintage and nice. Clean and comfortable.
