transport access: the grab service is 24 hours, so don’t worry.
cleanliness: very clean and tidy.
breakfast: They serve continental breakfast and they are all delicious.
hotel location: It has beach view and very closed to the Kuta Beach.

I stayed at Truntum Kuta for a few nights and was very impressed. The location is perfect—right on Kuta Beach and surrounded by shopping and dining areas. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help.

The bathroom cleanliness was lacking. There were footprints on the bathrobe, and I'm not sure if it had been replaced. There was also a limit on the number of bottled water provided, and the bottles were especially small! The breakfast was quite delicious, though.

This 35-year-old hotel has 250 rooms. The rooms are adequate, but the mattresses are old and saggy. The breakfast is varied and changes daily. The location is decent, with the beach within walking distance.
