i had good experience staying at this hotel. the hotel location is very good. close to beach and market.all my klook tours were able to pick me up from this hotel. very good indian restaurants. and all basic amenties were provided in room

Convenience: Very convenient, right on the main street. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. Service: The front desk staff were excellent.

I love Glow and will definitely come back again. Location is great. Breakfast buffet is great. The pool is great. Room is great. Staff is great. Cleanliness is great. Atmosphere is great. Facilities are great. With gym as well. Downside is that there's no elevator you will need to go up and down from your room by foot which is tiring but good thing the receptionist changed our room from 4th floor to first floor after we requested. Made an extension as well for another day.

connection is stable at 5G most of the time. no issue with uploading of video to insta and viewing video.

This place is incredible. All the reviews are accurate. I was so lucky to find it. I always look for places just like this when I travel- boutique hotels with attentive and kind staff, that’s close to everything but still tucked away enough to be your quiet safe place to rest at night. I can’t believe how quiet and peaceful it is. It’s also run by an amazing lady. I was treated so well here, I didn’t want to leave. Seriously worth every penny. Not some big hotel with tons of rooms. It is very private and quaint. And that small hill to get up is not a big deal at all. Also, the way my room was cleaned, it felt like I was the only one here and was given all the attention. I’ve never experienced that before. Hard to explain, but I could feel the love and kindness in the way the room was set, my things organized and laundry folded.
