Communication with the company was clear and effective. The flight was great if not a little hot in the plane. Hannah our pilot was engaging and very knowledgeable about the area, giving good suggestions on what to do if we had free time.

One of the best experience ever! I was a bit sceptical at first as there was 150 pax boarding the cruise but everything from the assigned safety number for safety headcount and locker assignment, allocated seats, provision of snorkel or diving equipment depending on what you signed up for, morning tea snacks, lunch and even afternoon cheese, crackers and wine to end the trip were pretty well organised despite the load. The crews had really great energy too, were very friendly and helpful. There are optional activities to sign up onboard, the Marine Biology tour was worth it. It is a pity that the helicopter ride got cancelled due to bad weather but everything else was amazing!

It was an enjoyable experience, and spending a day at the Barrier Reef is truly worthwhile. The staff were very helpful and polite, and all equipment was provided. Lunch was served midday, followed by wine and snacks at tea time.

Because the hotel was next to the boat departure point, it was easy to walk to the ticket exchange! However, since several shipping companies go to Fitzroy Island, you must carefully confirm which one you booked with.

All the crew along the way were very friendly and professional, with staff of different nationalities, and even a very kind Hong Kong crew. Although it was raining inland, it was clear and sunny when we got to the center of the sea. We went to two reefs along the way, and an introductory dive was arranged. There was a detailed explanation first, and then an instructor took three guests, ensuring safety throughout the whole process. A photographer was underwater capturing everyone's photos all the time. I recommend adding the helicopter experience, which is definitely an unforgettable view. The facilities on the boat were cleaner than expected. I also strongly suggest buying seasickness pills for three Australian dollars per person in advance.

Although it's a nearby island, if you want to see sea turtles, be sure to come here. Oh... and by the way, remember to eat on time, don't get too caught up in having fun and miss the meal times.

A very good experience. Although it was initially canceled due to weather, the airport proactively contacted me and allowed me to postpone it to a day with better weather.

The flight time is long, but it's definitely worth it! Photos and videos can't describe the scenery you see with your own eyes, and if you have the budget, I highly recommend an aerial tour!
