Things to do in Ningxia Night Market

A very enjoyable food tour with our guide Vicky. Since there were only three of us, we were able to request a customized itinerary and choose the dishes we wanted to try. Unfortunately, it was raining that evening, and quite a few stalls were missing.

Six of us in our family went, and all six of us were extremely satisfied. Most of the massage therapists were a bit older, but they were all excellent. It's a traditional foot massage. They pointed out all the pressure points while working, and their hand pressure was really strong... It hurts, but you feel so refreshed afterward!

The hotel was located behind our accommodation, so we paid in advance and arranged the date and time through their official LINE account. We were surprised when we arrived on time on the day of our appointment, but the shop wasn't open yet. However, there was a staff member who spoke Japanese, and our massage started without any issues. The comfortable massage relieved our travel fatigue. Two adults and our elementary school-aged daughter received a foot and aromatherapy oil massage. The shop was also very clean. The tea we were served was fragrant and delicious. We also received pineapple cakes.

We had an excellent experience with our tour guide! He was friendly, professional, experienced, and very knowledgeable. The explanations were clear and engaging, and we learned so much about the local culture, history, and attractions. The guide was also attentive, approachable, and made sure everyone felt comfortable throughout the tour. Everything was well organised, making the experience enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a fantastic tour experience!

At first, I made a mistake with the date when booking via LINE, but when I asked to change it through LINE, they replied right away and gladly accommodated the change. At the reception desk on the day of my appointment, I realized it was a "cash-only" policy, but they told me it was fine to pay on the spot with a credit card via Klook. I immediately purchased a Klook voucher right there and was able to receive my treatment without any issues. I had the 60-minute foot massage, and my therapist (a male) was exceptionally wonderful. It was the most pleasant massage I have ever had, with absolutely no weird or uncomfortable pain! (I generally dislike deep, aggressive pressure.) My tired feet, worn out from walking 30,000 steps over two days, were completely rejuvenated. The location is also very close to the Ningxia Night Market. I would love to visit again if I go to Taipei.

Our tour guide, Ms. Kate, was amazing! She went above and beyond our expectations and spoke fluent English, which made everything so much easier. We were originally planning to visit Jiufen around noon, but she and our driver thoughtfully adjusted the schedule so we could visit in the late afternoon and enjoy the beautiful lights and sunset. It made the experience even more special! Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend Ms. Kate and this tour to anyone visiting Taiwan. ❤️

It was a great experience to taste the real Taiwanese food. Sunny took us to authentic places and explained interesting history of Taiwan. If you don't know what to try at a local market, I recommend this tour

We had a fantastic time with Chiu at the markets. She had wonderful recommendations and even got us access to smaller portions so we could try everything. Aside from the food, we were also given a rundown of the temple and recommendations for the rest of our trip in Taiwan. Would definitely recommend Chiu for anyone’s first time in Taiwan!

One of our group day-tours got cancelled, but we were still able to go to Taipei 101 since we reserved tickets. This was one the highlights of our trip to Taiwan. The tower itself is more beautiful and magnificent in person. Even looking up at it from the street was such a sight to see. YouTube videos and postcards do not do it justice. We had access to the 89th Obseravatory Floor and it was worth it. We were able to get pictures prior to getting on the elevator. The 89th floor offered 360 degree views of Taipei and it was glorious. We were there around 5:45 to 6:45 pm and that was perfect for a golden sunset. The floor had a flux of photogenic backgrounds and props, some adorable cafes and treats, a souvenir shop, the Tuned Mass Dumper section, and the elevators to go up and down the tower. This was an unforgettable experience and easily topped some of my prior tower visits in the USA.
