I highly recommend this hotel in Sapa! We had a wonderful stay here for 3 days. The service was commendable! First off, they upgraded our room to a Deluxe room with balcony & a mountain view which was lovely as we were able to watch the funicular in the morning. They offered us hot tea and helped us with luggage storage upon arrival. The lounge was big and you can use it as well as their restroom & pool while awaiting check-in. The room was spacious, clean, & comfortable to move about; you can sleep soundly as the atmosphere is quiet. They have a well-equipped facility and offer a good selection of food with their breakfast buffet and room service. Their staff were courteous, attentive, & helpful. The location is superb - walking distance to the center & the Sapa station, as well as from other mountain-view cafes. Will definitely stay here again when I go back to Sapa!
