Jungfraujoch tours

Smooth pick up after registration showing the QR code. The bus was empty at first but then filled up by Indians after stopping at Interlaken. There were 2 tour guides one speaking English and the other speaks Mandarin. The toue guides provided tips to spotting the best view when we were in the train. Overall, the tour was well organized. Instructions were clear; the bus ride to and from Zurich was safe and stable.

On that day, we were a small group of 3 people, and we were connected by Mercedes-Benz minibus. The itinerary is easy, and the main attractions of Jungfraujoch and Waterfall Town are also visited. The tour guide is a young intern, talkative and interesting, and has a pleasant trip. Compared with arranging transportation according to the timetable by yourself, it will be easier to join a group, and you don’t have to worry about transfers and flights. Recommend everyone to join the tour.

The meeting point is at the Bus Station. There will be many companies departing on that day. Just ask (show the phone screen). If it is the correct company, the name of the order will be there, so it won’t be difficult to find. The trip was very good. The tour guide will help you buy the cable car ticket (201 francs is already included in this package) and tell you what time to take the cable car down the mountain. Basically, there is enough time and you can take pictures of various attractions (the classic Swiss flag). The temperature on the mountain in early February was -14 degrees, so remember to wear snow-grade equipment. We will stay in Interlaken later, so we will have enough time to explore the local area. The tour guide is great and will use WhatsApp to contact everyone, but the tour guide will not take the cable car up. Just take a quick look at other people's sharing introductions and you can collect every bit of fun. I highly recommend this trip.

Tour guide Ecuador gave very clear instructions and able to bring us through the various queues swiftly and snoothly. He also explained well when being asked question. Despite the rain hence very low visibility at Mt Pilatus which is unfortunate for us, we enjoyed this tour very much.

Most of the tour is self-guided, which gives you the flexibility to explore at your own pace, but you’ll need to plan your time carefully as you have to be back by a certain time. Overall, it’s a great option for those who enjoy a mix of guided logistics and independent discovery.

Get close to the Alps mountain range, walk in the snow and ice, and enjoy the breathtaking views! As a nature lover, this will always be one of my favourite trips in Switzerland! My guides were Sonia and David, and the driver was Antonio. They are very knowledgeable about the places and passionate about sharing with the folks on the trip. The driver picked up and dropped off on time, the tour guide was well prepared, and the transportation schedules were well estimated. The itinerary schedule was flexible. There was enough time to take photos and visit the scenic spots that you wanted to stay at. It is worth recommending.
