honestly the 5 stars are for our tour guide Ken Huang and driver Sam Wang. both were so informative and kind. The places we visited were amazing but these two made it better. We were so fortunate. The 5 star hotel accommodations were also amazing

It's our third time in Taiwan but this is the first time that we went to Sun Moon Lake. We are so happy with this tour. Some people are saying that Sun Moon Lake is an over rated tourist attraction, but for us (coming from the Philippines), we truly enjoyed the place and experience. we definitely recommend this tour. Special shout out to our guide Eric "the Superman" who gave his all in making sure that all of us are safe and enjoy the trip.

Junda Mountain is a Baiyue Level 2 route, but I lacked physical strength and was out of breath climbing. I could only walk to Junbei Peak and could not climb to the top of Junda Mountain. I want to practice my physical strength and weight-bearing so that I can climb Gunda Mountain next time.

Our guide Trix was FANTASTIC. I couldn’t believe that he has been doing this for only a few months because I thought he has been a tour guide for all his life. He was so attentive and went above and beyond. He had videos he made to show us during the drive, made a special map for us to follow at the Jiufen. spoke such good English that communication was easy. He also went above and beyond and took us around special alley way to get the best shots at the Jiufen. I highly recommend this tour and it was even more special because of the guide Trix. Thank you!

Libby is a fantastic guide, highly skilled, organized, and quick in managing every detail. What makes her truly special is the way she takes care of her guests with kindness and attention. She single‑handedly managed a large group while still giving support to each person individually. We sincerely wish everyone could have the chance to meet a guide like Libby! Joining this tour was also a wonderful way to see incredible places such as Yehliu, Shifen, and Jiufen, which would be difficult to reach all in one day without such great organization.

The iternary is well arranged. We enjoyed the scenary of Sun Moon Lake and the Lalu Hotel stay is superb. The tour guide Chester gave a good introduction of artifacts in the Southern Branch of National Palace Museum.

This tour was a much needed breather! Sun Moon Lake is a peaceful core. It’s giving calm and refreshing reset. The water is insanely clear, the mountains hit from every angle. Biking around the lake is a must. The boat ride is also super relaxing, like zero stress, just vibes and fresh air. The local snacks are tasty, and everything feels slower in the best way possible. Our tour guide, Jackie Chen is really funny and he made sure we are well taken care of. He also explained the history of the sun-moon lake. Will definitely recommend him and this tour! 🧡

We happened to encounter a level 8 gust, and it was very hard to walk. Half of the group didn't climb to the top, and it was a pity that the top was just a white wall. The accommodation was very nice, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast and dinner were delicious. My favorite was the bamboo tube rice. The only reason was the driver's inexperience in driving, which delayed our time to start climbing. I hope the guide will pay more attention to it in the future. Overall recommended!
