Hotels near Shilin Night Market

The location is excellent, right next to the Mandarin Oriental Hotel. The staff are very lovely and friendly. The room is very spacious, and the price is affordable compared to other hotels of similar room size. There's a convenience store right in front, and you just need to cross the street to find it. Overall, I'm impressed and will definitely come back again.

It was an amazing experience to stay in this hotel. Aside from a good spot location and beautiful spots. The receptionist are also accommodating and very friendly especailly Olivia who patiently attend our needs and request. We are planning to come back in Taiwan next year and will definitely come back to this Hotel🤗

Hotel Location: Very convenient, right above Taipei Main Station Exit Z2/Z4, just behind the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi department store. Transportation Convenience: Located right at Taipei Main Station, with multiple MRT transfer lines and bus stops, making it extremely convenient. Cleanliness: The staff does an excellent job with cleaning. However, perhaps due to high humidity and the older building, there are always a few small insects in the room.

Opened in 2023, Taipei Jiantan Pulu Hotel is conveniently located near Jiantan MRT Station, meaning it's not far from Shilin Night Market. It offers underground parking for compact cars (with a height limit of 1.9 meters), and the rooms are brand new. Plus, there's a women's large public bath, and with its affordable prices, it's definitely an excellent choice in Taipei City!

Spent 5D4N. Very cozy and neat place to stay. What i like best in this hotel is the refreshment that is free. 😁 The hotel starf can speak English making the transaction smooth.

Staying at the Grand Hotel Taipei felt like stepping into living history. It is one of those rare places where the walls seem as though they could speak. The hotel carries a remarkable sense of gravity and connection to the past, while still being exceptionally clean and well maintained. I would especially like to thank Jenny at reception. My Chinese is quite poor, but she was incredibly patient in helping me choose the right room. She was also very understanding of my grandmother’s mobility issues and took the time to tailor her recommendations thoughtfully and professionally. In an era where genuine customer service feels increasingly rare, Jenny was exemplary. In fact, she is the reason I felt compelled to leave this review, which is something I do not usually do. Thank you for such a memorable stay.

It's very close to the MRT station. Although check-in isn't until 6 PM, the staff kindly arranged for us to check in early! The hotel is a bit older, but it's quite clean and very conveniently located near the MRT station. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Beitou! I'd like to commend the staff; their attitude was incredibly friendly and deserves praise! We even received a small gift for checking in on Mother's Day. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but overall it was pretty good, and the hot food was delicious. Thank you for your thoughtfulness!

The location is incredibly convenient. You can take the hotel elevator directly to the first basement level, which leads to a food court and provides access to the MRT. Additionally, a room key card is required to access the hotel floors via the elevator, making it both convenient and very secure! Even the most affordable rooms are very spacious! Besides a large bed, there's also a sofa bed, a wardrobe large enough for carry-on luggage, and a very spacious bathroom that could even accommodate several more suitcases! The rooftop garden is average, with some common plants, but the space is small and the view is unremarkable. The gym is tiny, with only a few treadmills. What was truly impressive was the thoughtfully designed room key card holder: the back features a map of Taipei Main Station and the hotel's vicinity, and all facility operating hours are clearly listed inside. It's very practical!
