Nice trip!Daniel was an amazing guide for our Great Ocean Road trip! He even took us to see kangaroos and koalas in the wild, which made the experience really special. The whole day was very enjoyable and well organized. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the trip a lot of fun. It was definitely great value and a highlight of our time in Melbourne. Highly recommended!

Director Chen is very experienced, and the itinerary was well-planned and not too tiring. He even made a special stop along the way so we could see koalas and kangaroos. It was a very enjoyable day.

Our tour guide, Matt, was incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always considering the needs of every guest throughout the trip. My mother doesn't drink much alcohol, and he noticed this, proactively asking if we'd prefer coffee or tea instead.

I arranged a birthday dinner for my mom, and I emailed the cruise company in advance. They were incredibly nice; not only did they arrange a window seat for us, but they also presented a small cake with a birthday candle. All the guests on the boat sang "Happy Birthday" to my mom, which was truly wonderful! The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and drinks were free-flowing. Highly recommended!
