It's clean, and the staff are friendly. Perhaps because it wasn't crowded that day, the hot spring experience was quite comfortable. The swimming pool is beautifully lit! The only drawbacks are that there aren't many hot spring pools, and they aren't very big. Also, they are not open on weekday mornings, so you can't return for another soak!

The facilities are a bit dated, but the service is impeccable. From the doormen and front desk staff to the attendants at all the facilities, and the thoughtful send-off when we left, it's definitely worth visiting again for complete relaxation.

There's even a Starbucks inside the hotel, which is so convenient! They also have bidet toilets. The transportation is very convenient, and the hotel has a shuttle service. The Ah-Lang restaurant diagonally across the street is also delicious and authentic; you wouldn't guess they had such an amazing chef based on the decor.

Great, perfect for bringing kids. The hot springs being open until 11 PM is very thoughtful, and you can even boil eggs. The rooms are a bit dated, but very clean, definitely recommended.

The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options, making it a rare good buffet breakfast in a Taiwanese hotel. The hotel has free parking, but the odor inside the parking area is quite unpleasant. The hotel has a swimming pool and hot spring, but the downside is that the hot spring uses pool water. I originally thought it would be a real hot spring. Also, remember to wear a swimming cap if you want to use the pool; otherwise, you'll need to buy one separately.
