best to purchase the tickets in advance as there was a sign saying tickets are sold out for the day when we went in Apr 2026. easy to buy and redeem through QR code. do allocate about 2hrs and go early as it got crowded when we left around noon. his signature sunflowers and almond blossom are in the museum but note that starry night is not 🤣

Remember to bring headphones to plug into your phone, and you can listen to the guide for free. It offers various languages, making it a very considerate museum. The most popular collection is likely from the 17th century, which is definitely worth stopping to see.

good experience but it’s super pack and hot. not really enjoyable. I would prefer to pay more and have a proper seat. they have their own pier but they filled all single seats in the boat. I was squeezed and sweated. I then stood afterwards.

Honestly, only one of the 5D experiences was particularly good, but the experiences are worth it. However, that one experience alone is a bit pricey. The effects are impressive. I recommend it for those with children to experience the landscapes of the Netherlands together.

So worth it. Advice to book 2 weeks in advance. Take an earlier session to avoid crowd. Really worth paying for.

instant stroopwaffel. although started from flour, it was already pre mixed and no recipe given. entire experience was short. took back 2 stroopwaffle but was not fully dry and had dripping syrup all over. recommend if you are short on time and just want a quick experience. probably would have gone for a more authentic experience if I had known about the short experience. teacher with red hair was friendly and helped to take photos
