This is a self-check-in property, and a helper will send a Line message with details the day before. On the first floor, there's a complimentary tea and coffee machine, and water dispensers are available on each floor. The bathroom in the room doesn't have a door, only a shower curtain, so water can easily splash into the room when showering. Please be mindful of this. The showerhead and toilet are not separated, so the toilet may also get wet.

Clean and big room, with a view of the ocean & park, fast checkin and out, near pier2 art center, within a 3 minute walk to the tram, thus transportation is perfect, with variety of buffet of food for breakfast and beside a convenience store.

i would say that this hotel is the best hotel I stayed at with that kind of price. it was cheap but the room is very spacious and clean. especially THE BATHROOM. it looks like you can have a party for 10people in that bathroom. few walks and you get to the train station. theres a 7/11 in front. and a delicious place to eat nearby. the staff are friendly. I would say I did not have any problem with the hotel

The breakfast was plentiful, and the location was also good. It's very convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the MRT station. The only thing is that the tray on the sink was too old and worn out. Since toiletries aren't provided, the tray seems superfluous and should be replaced.

This was my second stay, and I really love the Kindness Hotel team. The snacks, breakfast, and late-night refreshments are all incredibly satisfying. The location is fantastic; you can take an evening stroll through the night market, hop on the light rail to explore, or even walk to the yacht marina. It's very convenient, and I'll definitely choose to stay here again!

This hotel is conveniently located with excellent transportation access and surrounding amenities. They also offer snacks and drinks until 10 PM. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely return.

The electrical outlet wiring was unsafe. When I used the hairdryer near the bed, the outlet started to burn. I reported this to the front desk, and they replied that the hairdryer should only be used at the outlet next to the sink (which was not mentioned during check-in). The main issue is that this wiring does not comply with regulations. If an incident occurs in one room, it could potentially endanger the lives of all guests in the building. I hope this can be improved.
