i should’ve chosen the other package 😅or better call the massage shop directly because the klook massages are limited 😬Also, the therapist i got was not so good. i got bruises from too much pressure even though i said soft massage only 😩and the massages were not relaxing at all, it feels like she’s in a hurry 😬But i still give tip. I will still go back here though 💗

me and 2 of my friends took a chance and book this spa since it’s just a 2 mins walk from our hotel. ambiance is great! we were the only people there went we went inside at 3pm. I was given tea. We were taken up to the massage and hair wash room. Massage is so good!!! you can ask your therapist if you want it moderate/hard/or soft. Also, there is an option if you want a facial spa while getting your hair wash. I opten not to get it since I’m wearing makeup. The hair wash was so relaxing and made our hairs super soft and shiny!!! I love it!!! Ngat was my therapist and she was so good ❤️

Located right next to Hanoi's St. Joseph's Cathedral, it's easy to find and I arrived without getting lost♫ It's a very clean and tidy spa, and above all, the staff are incredibly kind and I was able to receive treatment with peace of mind even though I don't speak much English♡ The therapist's technique was a perfect 100 points!!! It was so comfortable that I fell asleep and woke up startled by my own loud snoring (lol). I even received an eye pillow as a souvenir at the end♡ It's truly a wonderful spa and an oasis in Hanoi!!! I highly recommend visiting♡♡♡

A great experience and feeling. I am so lucky to be able to have a SPA here. The masseuse's techniques are delicate and precise, and she presses on each body point with skill and precision, which fully relieves my pain and fatigue. This experience is great. It’s an herbal massage. It’s different from the one in Bangkok. In Bangkok, you use herbal massage packs. In Vietnam, you use herbal massage + pushing. In comparison, I prefer the Vietnamese method. There is a meal at the end of the SPA, so you have to walk a short distance. I went to another SPA for dinner. Although the lunch was free, the whole thing was very high-end (please see the photo). Overall, I highly recommend this SPA. If you are still hesitating about which SPA to choose, this is the right one. .

this booking is one of a kind. they accepted my booking right away and i didn’t have to make a reservation day/days ahead. i really appreciate how very accommodating they are. the massage was also really good, it was so relaxing that i actually fell asleep. kudos to LUONG and YEN for giving the service that is way beyond from what i have expected.
