Hanoz was our guide. He made the 8 in the group introduced ourselves. I enjoyed the caves mostly. My son loves the geysers. Anyway, I love that they were generous with their bottled drinking water and snacks. Their transport allows you to charge your phones. The ostrich feeding experience was fun.

My family and I love the tour in overall. our tour guide, she was so professional and friendly (8:10 am 7/12). we are blessed with the good nice weather. i recommend to go in the morning, as it’s not that hot during summer.

Got to walk through 2 different caves over 2 hours, in group of 12. Much better than at the big advertised Waitomo caves. Plenty of chance for pictures, rode in rubber raft, saw glow worms up close and got to ask lots of questions

Guide Jamie explained things very well and is kind. I couldn't understand everything because I don't speak English well, but he kept asking if everything was okay and taking care of me, which was great.

Truly magical - one of the best experiences in New Zealand. The surroundings are surreal; it feels like another world. The tour includes behind-the-scenes insights and stories that will make your journey even more amazing.

I highly recommend this tour! It was incredibly comfortable, perfectly organized, and our guide, Anthony, was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and engaging. The entire experience was educational, enjoyable, and truly satisfying from start to finish.

The only downside of this tour is the early 5:45 am pickup, which can be tiring. However, you can sleep on the bus 💤, as the journey is quite long, allowing you to rest. The destination includes three attractions. The first one, where you must see the fireflies, is worth visiting. The second attraction is the indigenous people's handicraft school, where you can also see New Zealand's Kiwi bird. The third attraction is the sulfur eruption, which is also worth seeing and can give you skin that looks 20 years younger! 👍🏾 Overall, it's quite comfortable, with transportation provided throughout, as well as coffee shop stops for rest, snacks, and restroom breaks! The vehicle itself can accommodate 11 people, so it's comfortable if the group is small. The tour guide and driver are the same person (GRANT). He clearly guides you to the attractions, specifying departure and meeting times! He explains what's fun about the attractions. Additionally, he provides information on the bus, pointing out and describing the local scenery. 👍🏾 I think this Klook tour is great; the small group size is perfect! It's also very punctual!

The experience was fantastic, starting with a punctual van service whose very courteous staff even provided free snacks and drinks. The ride was comfortable and set the tone for an amazing day. The tour itself was fun, with beautiful views that made every moment feel worth the money. Our guide, James, was funny, engaging, and incredibly hospitable. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that I highly recommend.
