While I understand weather can affect whether or not you can go, we were all geared up and had listened to the instructor's briefing, only to have it canceled right before boarding the plane. The entire morning, a good three hours, was wasted. If you manage to successfully skydive, consider yourself lucky. The supplier's processes are too slow and they can't handle a large number of orders. Cancellations can be rescheduled, but encouraging us to reschedule when the weather is clearly bad, just to delay the refund process, is unacceptable.

omg.. 10/10 experience. i did the Nevis Swing w my partner and we did forwards - truly jawdropping and the G is unlike anything we’ve ever experienced before - we do a lot of thrilling activities. do note that the pickup location is in town area and you will be transported on a 4WD bus to go up the mountain - around 40min drive. staff were very friendly and i suggest you cater about 4 hours for this experience in case of bad winds or bad weather. we almost couldn’t swing due to the major winds but thankfully we waited it out! had to reschedule our other later appointment but alls good. highly recommend!!!!

So happy, so worth it, so much fun! A must-try experience. The driver and tour guide provided a very dedicated introduction. Another highlight was the glacier helicopter experience, simply amazing. Once we were on the glacier, the instructor led us with great reassurance, you could see the instructor was very experienced. We walked for about an hour or a little more, which was actually quite sufficient because it was a bit tiring. Also, it's not really that cold on the glacier, so you don't need to wear too many clothes.

The zipline experience is awesome. It is one of the must-try activities when you come to Queensland. You can have a breathtaking view through the ziplines.

it was a fantastic experience. the flight was smooth and calm that brought you to a spectacular view. the staff were friendly and professional.

The whole experience, from check-in, explanation, dressing, to live shooting, was completed in just 40 minutes, which is quite different from the scheduled time. It feels like it hasn't been open for long, and they are not yet familiar with tourists and field control quality. On this trip, since everyone who checked in was Asian, the staff didn't even bother to explain and just played a Chinese video 😅. But one advantage is that there are cute sheep to see across the street 🐑.

Unfortunately, the weather wasn't great, so I didn't get a chance to go paragliding. Hopefully, I'll have another opportunity to visit Queenstown, New Zealand, and try it in the future! If the flight is canceled, it will be displayed in the upper right corner of the Skytrek official website, and an email will also be sent to ask if you want to reschedule or get a refund. 5/5 for Charlie and Paige (gorgeous instructors), they were extremely kind and helpful to everyone. The Canyon was absolutely beautiful. The drive there and back is about 20 minutes so it's not that far at all. would definitely do this again, just wish that it lasted longer 🤣
