Banff

The trip was great, and the guide was helpful and engaging. However, it mostly involved going to a tourist site, spending 10 to 30 minutes taking pictures, and then returning to the van. It didn’t feel very fulfilling. I wouldn’t suggest signing up for a day tour unless you have no other options. Additionally, there were changes to the itinerary, we did not go to Lake Minnewanka as written in the day tour description on the app.

This tour is a must if you are in Calgary or want a quick preview to Banff National Park. It is a family owned business but they are super professional. my guide was Luis and he was super entertaining and knowledgeable about the Park. He even threw in some extra stops to let us capture beautiful photos.

The guide and bus driver were all kind and the bus was in a pleasant environment, so it was a satisfying trip without any inconvenience.

This is a full and tightly-packed itinerary, starting from the Banff hotel around 9 am and running until 7 pm, with beautiful lake views. Then, we had 3 hours of fun at the glacier (at our own expense). Our tour guide, Lam, was very professional and helped us take many beautiful photos. Thank you, Lam!

We booked a group Banff tour, and it was one of the best travel decisions we've ever made! The itinerary was incredibly well-planned – we saw all the must-see spots like Lake Louise, Moraine Lake, Bow Falls, the Gondola, and Banff Town without feeling rushed at all. The timing at each stop was perfect, giving us plenty of time for photos and exploring. Our tour guide, Ben, was amazing – so knowledgeable, patient, and friendly. He shared local history, fun facts, and even recommended the best photo angles and places to eat. It felt more like traveling with a friend than just a tour guide! The private van was clean, comfortable, and spacious, which made the long, scenic drives so much more enjoyable – totally worth it for the convenience and flexibility. We highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Banff! It's stress-free, offers beautiful views, and provides exceptional service from start to finish. We would definitely book again!

This is my first time travelling to Calgary and 1st time using Klook. I am very pleased with how it turned out. The trip was very comfortable and our guide, Ben was very efficient, professional and informative. We made a few quick stop at Canmore and Banff to pick up a few more people but it was a very short stop. it really helped that all the other tour members are also very punctual. I highly recommend this for people travelling solo and looking for a quick tour to banff

Great tour and tour guide. William was great at keeping the tour engaged and also had some snacks and water for us to enjoy. He also helped us take some pictures as well! He was very mindful of washroom breaks for some of the group that needed it. Although there were quite a few engine issues with the bus and it did delay us quite a bit (might be a one off), William did what he could to bring us to as many spots as he could and keep us in the loop with what was going on. As I am a bit younger, I tried to power walk through the sights so I can see more, but not everyone is capable of that though so understandably some people’s time got cut short. Don’t think the mechanical issue was something that he could control on his own, so my review is strictly based on the experience of everything unrelated to the bus issues. Things like these help add on to the adventure right? ;) Would recommend!

We are glad we booked this trip with klook. it was really an epic experience to see Moraine Lake and Lake Louise. I just want to highlight some points not to discredit the good points but to improve more. 1. we have scheduled a perfect day (nice weather) but they cancelled it. though we understand, we could have seen the lakes on a different vibe. It rained on the resecheled date but we still enjoyed it. 2. on the itinerary, JONSTON Canyon is included but we did not go there instead the tour guide drove us to Bow Lake and Surprise corner which is still beautiful. The description here on Klook should include that on the instance that the itinerary will not be met they should explain clearly why. As with our tour guide Ray he’s awesome driver and tour guide.
