The self-paid dinner buffet was fantastic. If you make a reservation, you can use their discount coupon for 20% off. I loved the wide variety of dishes. The accommodations were also quite good, though the location is a bit far, so you'll need a car or shuttle service to get there.

Shilla Stay is the best for families traveling with young children. When it rained, we used the indoor water park, and when the weather was nice, we went to the beach, then came back in the afternoon to use the pool. It was a wonderful trip. Using the free Big 3 guest pass after checkout was also just right. The beautiful landscaping was also a big plus!

The overall service and experience were great! Our room was very spacious with a nice view. Daily cleaning service was consistent as well. Plenty of parking spots in the basement.

Although it's a bit old, it's very close to the Olle Market, has plenty of parking spaces, and there's a CU convenience store right downstairs. Plus, they provide bath towels, not just small face towels! Both check-in and check-out are very convenient using the kiosk machines.

the room cleaning service could be better. location is convenience with buses stands and markets. is good to double check if everything inside the hotel room is in good condition as well as digital door lock.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during my trip to Jeju Island. The location was excellent, very convenient and close to many attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
The hotel itself felt very homey, cozy, and welcoming. The atmosphere and overall vibe were amazing, making it easy to relax and truly enjoy my stay. The staff were also accommodating and made the experience even more pleasant.
Overall, I can only say good things about this place. It exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jeju Island. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had, and I would definitely stay here again!

I always stay at this accommodation every year. It's clean, the bedding is great, and the location is excellent with Olle Market nearby and many restaurants and bars. That's why I keep coming back. I'll definitely visit again next year. I always have a relaxing stay here every year.
