Transport in Jeju

We booked the southwest route for a one-day private Jeju tour with Cheng Cheng. She guided us through the itinerary smoothly, brought us to several waterfalls, shared insights on local history and culture, ensured our safety, and helped take many good photos.

it was one of the the best way to explore jeju in your own pace , our driver was very polite and helped us recomending places, we were able to cover almost all places our list .

We had a great tour thanks to Mr. Jin! Mr. Jin gave great recommendations on places to visit and was accommodating to our plans and preferences. He was also great at English and it was fun to talk to him. He also shared places and food that are famous to locals and not well-known to foreign tourists, so this private car tour was very worth it! He also drove safely and we had a comfortable journey from beginning to the end. He and his tour/car company also gave me a gift for my birthday ❤️ We highly recommend this tour and Mr. Jin! Hyun is the most amazing, thoughtful, and fun driver. He went the extra mile to take us all around the island and took photos of us everywhere he could. He carried our bags for us and took us to secret spots for amazing photos. Hyun was so helpful with all we wanted to do. We spent a full day adventuring together! He made sure the car was ice cold for us on these hot humid days and played BLACKPINK all day!! The car was so clean, spacious, and smelt great. I cannot recommend Hyun enough to any traveler lucky enough to employ his services. He made JEJU a trip I’ll remember for the rest of my life. 100/10 service

Initially, I didn't receive any dispatch information from the chartered car company. I contacted Klook's online customer service the evening before the trip, and they proactively followed up. The chartered car company then contacted me and connected me with the driver, Mr. Park, who spoke Chinese and picked us up on time. During the trip, he not only followed our agreed itinerary but also provided timely suggestions, so we visited some great attractions and restaurants. Mr. Park drove carefully and smoothly, making the overall experience pleasant and comfortable! Cleanliness: Very clean, with fresh air. Car Condition: Very new. Car Model: 6-seater, spacious. Service: Excellent.

Our driver was great and so patient. Even though he didn't know much English, we managed to communicate with him well. He took us to all the places we had listed and suggested more. Vehicle was super comfortable and clean. Would highly recommend.

mr. kim was such a great guide! he came on time and showed us around jeju in a very time efficient manner. it is true that u can create your own itinerary and they will adjust for you! he took photos for us too and it was all beautiful. 10/10 service. communication was easy too since he is great at english!
