Got ourselves a 7-day Global Pass and travelled through 5 countries. Buying the pass was easy but how to use the app for activating the pass will need some time to learn. However, fear not as there are many experienced people out willing to share. Do some readings and join some fb travel groups and you will surprised by the information available. The pass was flexible but the train schedule can be unpredictable which means you need to be updated requently to stay on course of your journey. We only experienced one hicccup on one of the trips at Berlin due to seat reservation issue and missing the connecting train due to delay of the first train. The other trips were as planned.

Easy to use, just need to activate before you take the train and scan the QR code on the gate. Britrail pass is the solution for multi-city journey, as train can change schedule anytime or gone (no more that timing). Keep checking on the hanging screen to see whether your train change platform / change timing / gone

The Waverly Street WA bus stop is right next to the Scott Monument, making it easy to find. The bus arrived on time, and the trip to the airport took about 30 minutes. There are luggage racks for storing your bags. The bus is clean and comfortable.

It's very convenient to use. I saw a local notice saying that it would be available even before 9 AM starting in September, but further confirmation is needed. If you're visiting Scotland, it would be really convenient to purchase and go.

The online voucher was easy to activate and use. While our trip was affected by Storm Amy and some ScotRail trains were canceled, Klook provided support with our refund requests.
