Kuta Snorkeling

The service was exceptionally good. My wife can't swim, and the owner took very good care of her and even helped take many photos and videos. The service was really great, and they are friendly to Chinese people. Families can go with peace of mind. Unfortunately, snorkeling wasn't so easy, and we didn't see any manta rays. Such a great experience! Wayan was our driver and he was so kind and very easy to talk to. The snorkel guides were very experienced they were helping people who weren’t strong swimmers while also showing good spots to see amazing creatures like turtles (one of the guides named started with R he was very nice, and knew many languages!) The lunch was super yummy and the coffee plantation trip was amazing to get to do all of this, the tour was definitely value for money highly highly recommend!!!

With Adi as our tour guide, we have a great time to blue lagoon and water fall! The waterfall was closed due to raise water level and danger, Adi managed to find an alternative waterfall for us to enjoy. thank you!

Wonderful experience for my mom and kids as they had never try sea walking. Tegenungan waterfall was beautiful but I wish the stairs are not so steep! And the trip will not be complete without the fantastic service from our tour guide, Dethu who was friendly and on time. He not only brought us safelty to these places and also recommended few local must try places. Thank you Dethu!

Ordered the shared tour with hotel pick up/drop off as a solo traveller. While the itinerary specifically indicated guided tour to Liberty Wreck at 10am, the local operator later clarified that there is no snorkeling guide as I didn't choose the option with snorkel. It baffled me because both the snorkel and no snorkel options show guided tour to the wreck, there was no mention anywhere about the presence/lack of snorkeling guide, and the only difference in the itineraries between the two was the equipment rental, which I don't need as I already brought mine. In short, there is significant room for improvement in the listing. I had given up on snorkeling as it is not safe to do watersports alone and at an unfamiliar place. Thankfully the driver Sarbuja saved the day by actively sourcing for a local snorkeling guide to bring me at a fee to the shipwreck site. Sarbuja is also very knowledgeable about Balinese culture and I enjoyed the chats with him. Highly recommend Sarbuja.
