Things to do in Cancún

Pastor, the tour guide, made the entire trip very fulfilling. In addition to helping us better understand Mayan culture, he also carefully arranged some interactive elements during his explanations, something I didn't see other tour guides doing. Chichikan Cenote is a bit touristy inside, and the buffet isn't good, so I recommend bringing your own food. Chichen Itza is very impressive, and the tour guide specially adjusted the itinerary to arrange a visit when there weren't as many tourists, so there weren't many people in the photos either. Excellent service from start to finish. Our tour guide Pastor and driver Salvador made the whole trip enjoyable and stress-free.

The meeting time was almost exactly on time. The bus was spacious and the driving was safe, so I felt secure. Entrance to Chichen Itza was smooth, so I enjoyed it without stress. The guide was also kind.

The boat is very big. We sat at the front of the boat, enjoying the scenery and drinking. Before boarding, we had soda and juice. When we arrived at the snorkeling spot, we followed the guide into the water and swam to the coral, but there wasn't much coral. After getting back on the boat, alcoholic drinks were unlimited. We drank until we disembarked to have lunch at a restaurant. Lunch was Mexican food, not a lot of variety, but it was okay. Then we got back on the boat to go to the beach. After going ashore, the guide first took us to a souvenir shop, and then we had free time to swim and sunbathe on the beach. When it was time, we returned to the pier to board the boat for the return trip. On the return trip, everyone continued to drink, dance, and the atmosphere was great.

Covered a lot of sights in one day! Guide Omar was great! Long day and pick up/drop off route added to that. Bus comfortable and timing good. Cenote quite chilly buffet lunch was average. Pricibg was conflicting between Klook booking and tour app and there were several extra added expenses. Would recommend just be forewarned

We had good experience. Its our first time in Cancun and very fortunate to do this tour. The driver Eduardo kept us safe in the road. Lalo and Valentin knows what they were doing and makes sure we are informed. I will highly recommend this tour.

I was staying in Cancun for a day, so I joined a tour that would take me to several places at once. The Chichen Itza guide and the cenote were both good, but I felt that the price was a bit high for the content. I thought it couldn't be helped since it was geared towards tourists, but if I had more time, I wouldn't have needed a tour. However, I really enjoyed the grandeur of Chichen Itza, learning about the Mayan cuisine restaurant and what kind of details they had, and the activities at the cenote. I was surprised at how cute the colonial architecture of Valladolid was. I was able to stay in several places in one day, so I would recommend it to people who don't have much time.
