To take your taste buds on holiday, Hyatt Centric’s Cruise restaurant has prepared a special Western Australia-themed menu. This special menu features all the finest flavors of Australia, from fresh seafood like scallops and octopus, to braised Australian short ribs. In a strike of genius, Le Petit Saigon combined eating bánh mi with the spirit of exploration. The result? Bánh Mì Du Monde, a series that invites a different chef each month to create a limited-offer bánh mi. This June, Chef Yen Chan of La Vache is celebrating the Parisian entrecôte steak with a special bánh mì filled with USDA Prime steak slices and doused with béarnaise sauce.
