    How badly do you wish you were sipping a margarita on a beach in Mexico right now? Yup, us too. Luckily, Taqueria Super Macho is here to transport us to the sunny beaches of Mexico with the Baja Beach Fiesta dinner menu. Starting with market ceviche and grilled tostadas, and ending with the signature crispy fish tacos, this is cooking up to be a real fiesta.

    Oysters and champagne. If this isn’t la dolce vita, we don’t know what is! Travel to sunny Southern Italy shores with Chef Luca Marinelli to discover the secret to shucking oysters. Generous free-flow pours of champagne and hand-picked wines are sure to make it an afternoon to remember.

    To take your taste buds on holiday, Hyatt Centric’s Cruise restaurant has prepared a special Western Australia-themed menu. This special menu features all the finest flavors of Australia, from fresh seafood like scallops and octopus, to braised Australian short ribs. The icing on the cake is a complimentary bottle of wine. But, there’s a catch: this dinner set can only be enjoyed as part of the “We Miss Western Australia” Hyatt Centric staycation package. Might as well make it a whole adventure, right?

    In a strike of genius, Le Petit Saigon combined eating bánh mi with the spirit of exploration. The result? Bánh Mì Du Monde, a series that invites a different chef each month to create a limited-offer bánh mi. This June, Chef Yen Chan of La Vache is celebrating the Parisian entrecôte steak with a special bánh mì filled with USDA Prime steak slices and doused with béarnaise sauce.

More than just a brunch menu, this is a full-on party: think nonstop music and bottomless bubbles and wines to get you dancing in no time. Artemis and Apollo will take you back to Ancient Greece to experience a real Greek Wine Orgy — an extravagant celebration with feasting, drinking and singing. Enjoy a delicious selection of hot and cold mezze, followed by roasted ribeye and wood-fried red snapper, as you settle in for a night of indulgence and a lot of ouzo. Colombo Crab Club pays tribute to the Sri Lankan tradition of weekly crab feasts with the family. Gather your friends for a true feast with mud crab prepared your way served with unlimited sides. Bonus: accidentally (or not) Wes Anderson vibes inside.
