Activated the sim too early and was not sure what to do good thing they were prompt to answer all my questions.
Easy to setup on my iPhone 15 Pro. Install it 1 day before travelling. Activation of the esim upon arrival of destination country. Fast connectivity. I bought for 15 days use with 30gb. Cons is unable to top up for additional data ... mainly for single use only. This plan is only suitable for light users Google maps, online directory, watsapp call .... not for games, downloading photos and movies.
Get the unlimited data option since the 2gb were not enough. Signal will sometimes get wonky especially in trains and underground walkways.
I activated the simcard while I was in my country and it took so long before the activating prompted finished but ended up saying activation failed. I emailed their support and got no feedback. Apparently it would automatically activate once you’re in Japan. I would probably not get this esim again since customer service wasn’t that good and there was no way of telling how much data I’ve consumed

Very convenient to use Esim at Japan. Just scan the barcode and good to go. Data will be save when connecting to WiFi.
Please remember to use it within 3 months after booking, not according to the collection/departure date, because this time the card will be wasted
Sometimes the Internet speed is a little slow in Tokyo, but most of it is fine. It can be used in urban areas and suburbs of Tokyo. The price is reasonable.
