Instructor: Mr. Netang was really friendly and professional. Experience: I had various experiences such as washing elephants, feeding them, and riding bamboo boats, which were so enjoyable and precious.
the instructors were awesome! I’m a beginner for Muay Thai but have some kickboxing experience and I was able to talk to them about learning certain Muay Thai techniques and they had me training in it! correcting my American kick box posture to the Thai ones. you should do it at least once! it would’ve been great to keep training with them :) bring water and mentally prep to work tf out!!!
I thought I will join in a group, but it was actually a private session. I focus on the practice and staffs are very nice!!
A simple Muay Thai experience, there will be some technical explanations after the warm-up and stretching, plus physical training and striking experience. The trainers are very gentle and nice, and the children will adjust the progress if they can't keep up.
It was a lot of fun, and the coach was very patient!
