[CoCo Park] Shenzhen Good Days Crowne Plaza Hotel Accommodation Package | Near Futian Station

Our stay was excellent. While we were waiting to check in, a staff member suggested we go to the 41st floor for a more comfortable check-in experience. We agreed, and the check-in process was smooth, with no waiting, and the environment was very pleasant. The staff even upgraded us to a higher-floor room, and the cleanliness here is superb. Regarding dining, the buffet dinner food was generally good but not particularly surprising, though there were special complimentary dishes. On that day, we received sea cucumber and caviar, which was quite unique. Breakfast was very rich and worth having; we even paid extra for our family to join us. The staff here are incredibly polite and enthusiastically assisted us. We had a wonderful vacation here. Since this was my husband's and my anniversary, we mentioned it to the restaurant, and they kindly sent a cake to our room. Thank you very much!

This is my second time staying at this hotel. It is very suitable for families with children, especially for children aged 2 to 7, because 1. There is a free indoor playroom in the lobby with no time limit! No time slot! In short, you can play 9 to 9! 2. The living room of the room is very big, with enough space for running and jumping. The bathroom is also big, and 3 children can take a bath together. The environment and hygiene are very good. 3. It was my baby’s 5th birthday and he specifically chose to go to this hotel. The waitress Eva specially arranged the room decoration and prepared exquisite small cakes. She was really thoughtful. This time two families stayed here. My son likes dinosaurs and my friend's daughter likes animals. Eva arranged everything perfectly. Also, last time I found that there were no good breakfasts nearby, so this time I ordered a breakfast buffet, which was a real surprise. There were Chinese, Western and Japanese styles. Although the place was not too big, it had everything. People who like buns the most would be even happier because there were so many varieties and they were delicious! Even my son said he didn’t want to return to Hong Kong after having so much fun🤣🤣🤣

The service was excellent. The front desk helped us switch to a twin room, and a staff member assisted with moving our luggage to the new room. Both the dinner and breakfast buffets were high-quality with many options. For breakfast, you could choose your own fruit, and a staff member would freshly squeeze juice for you on the spot. Porridge and noodles could also be customized with ingredients and prepared fresh. For Easter, every child received a lovely Easter egg dessert, which the kids really enjoyed. Plus, the location is super convenient, close to Coco Park and Futian High-Speed Railway Station. We will definitely recommend it to friends.

It was nice stay as the hotel is well situated next to the Shenzhen metro and also the CocoPark mall. Kids got to enjoy the small play area in the ground floor. Staff was helpful and prompt, and arranged birthday surprise. The only thing was that the air conditioning was a bit loud in the room, and the hot water was a bit slow. Buffet breakfast was decent.

The location of Crowne Plaza Shenzhen Hao Ri Day is very convenient. It only takes about 7 minutes to walk to Galaxy Coco Park. The package includes buffet breakfast and dinner. The buffet breakfast is cost-effective!

The hotel room is big enough and clean. The children were very happy to see the space theme. There are many choices for breakfast. The best thing is that the check-out time can be delayed to 2 o'clock for free. It is very close to meland.

Some of the hot food wasn't hot enough (a common characteristic of hotels in China), and the food selection wasn't extensive. The selection of cold seafood, sashimi, and salads was adequate. Each guest received braised sea cucumber and caviar salad. Overall, the food was delicious and acceptable. There weren't too many guests at the Saturday night buffet, so we could eat at a leisurely pace. The waiters and staff were polite. The accommodation room was bright, clean, and satisfactory. I will come back for a staycation next time 🥰🥰

Celebrated with family, the hotel environment was nice, and arrangements were made for decorations and cake. This time I booked a themed room, the hotel rooms are all very large, the price is reasonable, and I will stay again next time if I have the opportunity.

The environment and service are good. The seafood in the buffet dinner is good, especially the three-spot crab. I didn't want to try anything else because I couldn't bring myself to pick it up and eat it 🤣. The breakfast looks the same as other hotels, but it's very dry. The rooms are good, and there's a bar street nearby, so it's a bit noisy at night, although it's very quiet, you can still hear it 👂D.
