We booked three rooms, and the package included breakfast and dinner, with a late checkout until 2 PM. The hotel is located next to Phase 2 of Wanjia City. We got off at the Grand Theater Station, walked through MixC, and took the elevator to the 33rd floor to check in. Since it was a family member's birthday, the front desk informed us that they had upgraded our room, decorated the bed, and provided a small cake. The room was spacious, though the twin beds were a bit small. The bathtub's location was rather unusual, right in the middle of the entrance, with transparent glass on both sides. Overall, the room was well-maintained. There is only an outdoor pool. The evening buffet offered a wide variety of Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, and there was also a ball pit for children. As a five-star brand hotel, even though it's not new, it's well-maintained. The front desk and staff were all polite and friendly.

As a hotel member, I sent an email to inform them that this was to celebrate my husband's birthday and to surprise him. They also allowed us to check out at 2:00 PM. We booked the executive lounge buffet on the 25th floor, but the food here was just average. However, being able to enjoy drinks here at any time is a nice perk. Since it was a Saturday and Sunday, there were many children, so it could get a bit noisy. Overall, the service here was good, though the lady at the front desk during check-in was a bit slow. Also, we were supposed to receive ice skating tickets and spa vouchers, but even though we mentioned we might not use them, she didn't give them to us. The breakfast in the morning was very rich, with a wide selection of food, and fresh juice, which was great. Although it wasn't freshly squeezed on-site, it was still very refreshing and sweet. The hygiene was excellent. We would visit again if we have the chance.

After visiting the zoo in the morning, we were able to check into our room immediately in the afternoon. After a short rest, we had the buffet dinner at 5:30. The food was incredibly abundant, the service was top-notch, and the space felt comfortable. Plus, there was a ball pit, which the kids absolutely loved, making it a joyful experience for both adults and children. The next morning, we went for breakfast a bit earlier, and as expected, the Grand Hyatt's buffet breakfast was very satisfying. However, the ball pit wasn't available during breakfast hours, and around 9:30 AM, there was a queue to be seated. We were very satisfied with this staycation and hope to return! We also hope for more promotions in the future.

The hotel environment is good, comfortable and relaxing 👍🏻. I would consider staying again, but the corridor seats on the 25th floor included in the afternoon package were not very comfortable to sit on (the height of the table and chairs is problematic, you have to lie down to eat). I suggest choosing the buffet on the 32nd floor, which is more comfortable. Breakfast: The breakfast is rich. I will consider trying the buffet dinner next time. Hotel location: Very close to Luohu Station, saving a lot of time to relax by walking around nearby without having to go far. Service: On the day I had a stomachache, I walked to the counter to ask the staff where I could buy medicine. The staff took Sanjiu Weitai powder from the counter and gave it to me, which felt thoughtful. Service: The package includes ice skating, which the kids enjoyed very much.

Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

This time I chose the "Guest Room" package, and the value for money is very high. The hotel's location is excellent, connected to the MixC shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping. The package itself includes breakfast and dinner at the "Guest Room". When checking in, I asked the front desk if breakfast could be changed to "Lok Cuisine", and they were happy to arrange it. As an old hotel, the service is very good, especially the package is in the executive floor room, and you can use the gym, swimming pool, evening cocktail + breakfast in the executive lounge at night, a wide variety of food and drinks... Klook package is super value.

This experience has changed my opinion of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. I used to think that the hotel might have a bit of history, but the actual hardware is in good condition and still has its grandeur. The software and services are also good, which is more than the food. The buffet dinner in the evening is relaxing. I thought the 4-hour dining time was too long, but the hotel offers a wide variety of food, including Western, Chinese, and Japanese, rich desserts, different types of drinks, high-quality ingredients, open and comfortable environment, friendly staff, and quiet high-rise accommodation. I personally recommend it as the first choice for ferry or leisure!
