Our tour guide was friendly and helpful. We could see the structure of a Hakka village and some nice displays in Sam Tung Uk Museum. Interesting of all, we had a chance to make and taste our own siu mai.

The tour bus is clean, comfortable and spacious. The tour guide is attentive, thoughtfully arranged and explains in detail. The trip has enough time to carefully visit the attractions. The only flaw is that there are too few places to learn how to make longevity peach buns and there are too many people. The instructor-led lectures may be a little hectic due to too many lectures, but it does not hinder the students' excitement in making the buns. There is plenty of food, but there may be too many people. Most of the food is already slightly warm or frozen when it is served.
