Great bus service to visit Miami, only bad thing is that their double decked buses do not have AC on the lower floor, so in a hot day you will have to bake yourself on the top deck

it was raining so we were not able to maximize the tour bus. if it rains, you all have to just ride on the 1st floor which has only limited seats. it was oddly fair enough to know the hot places and cool trivias. but if you’re a group of 5 like us, i suggest just taking an uber to few nice places. it’ll save you more ☺️

big bus is good..its hust that with all the traffic in miami, we dont get to see the whole tourist area..we were stuck for 3 hours before we can get to little havana...and the time they dont adjust the time until 5pm for a day pass...its not worth it to pay 70 dollars for 2

There was not much commentary through the headphones. plug points didn’t really work on a few seats to plug in phones and adjust volume.

- The interval between buses is indicated as 30 minutes, but in reality it feels like 40 minutes. - The buses are full and I can't get on because there are too many people using them, perhaps because they issued too many tickets. - The buses are very old. They smell and there is no air conditioning on the first floor.
