Booking guidelines

- We recommend you scan/download the eSIM to install into phone BEFORE you travel, so we can assist you if needed
- The data package can only activate when you are at the destination country
Usage reminder
- Please refrain from extensive video streaming and/or processing a huge amount of data in a short time
- Unlimited data packages will follow the Fair Usage Policy (FUP). FUP refers to the Fair Usage Policy practiced by ISPs worldwide to throttle internet speeds on unlimited plans to prevent misuse or excessive use of the bandwidth provided
- ‘2 GB daily unlimited’ means that the first 2 GB is full speed, and thereafter the internet speed may slow down but not slower than 384 KBps. Each day is counted as a 24-hour block from the time of activation. Example: 6pm to 6pm
- Fixed data packages have no speed limitation. The package will expire when the data is used up. You can top-up more data via Klook

The sim was easy to set up and instructions were clear. We had no issues with our data throughout our stay in Korea(Seoul to Busan). Would still use this on my next trip.
i had some issues with my phone and contacted their customer support who was very assistive and patient with me. they assisted me all through out until I was able to use my data. would highly recommend getting the e-sim from here. they have the cheapest. my 2GB was more than enough to post stories in instagram, navigate with naver maps, search through google. it was fast and im not even surr if i was consuming 2GB in a day even.

easy set up, and given instructions on how to use is easy to follow. I'm currently in S.korea now and still using my data. the internet is fast and reliable. phone signal is always there. and i haven't had an issue with it so far.
It is an Esim with very good internet speed. I have bought from 3 service providers before. This one has the best internet. I want to buy more but it seems like I can't buy anymore. If the service comes back, I will support again.

Never had any issue. Just make sure your hp can support esim. Very easy to buy and activate. So much more worth it than usint roaming
The Internet in South Korea is so fast that it makes you want to live here. Once you uploaded more than 70 photos, it took less than 2 minutes. This is ridiculous.
