Flexible arrangements with reasonable seatings. Tour guide was willing to message each participants and cared for with details of the itinerary. Very helpful.
The itinerary was tight and the tour guide was very friendly. I give her a thumbs up. The activity seats were also given a separate area in the front row on the side. It was very good. The whole trip was very pleasant.
Great experience to get close to idol; seating was randomly assigned but still good considering it was front section; translation devices (Eng/Chi) was provided; tourguides were helpful; hotel change was too last minute (4 days before event) as participant may have made arrangements for personal extension; itinerary (esp. the Insadong/Bukchon part can be improved)
The fan meeting package was easy to book which is ideal for international fans. The operators were helpful and friendly. There was a change to the advertised hotel but that might not be the operator’s fault.

It was an amazing experience. We had an English speaking tour guide who was very helpful and kind throughout the whole experience. The bus rides to and from the concert were comfortable, and we had good seats near the stage. We also received vouchers worth $100 USD that we redeemed at Lotte Duty Free - only valid for duty free items. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience.
We saw Enhypen! We are happy. Part of cost to spend money at Lotte - so not as expensive as concerts
The guides were nice and helpful. But I couldn't see most of the show as there were a lot of people blocking the view :(.
Good thing this was made available here in Klook. We were able to get tickets without hassle! The tour guide was nice as well and speaks English well. Overall experience was great.
